In November 2023, I independently created and executed Babcock Dairy’s first-ever paid advertising campaign. This campaign increased the number of cheese box sales by over 150% in November 2023 compared to November 2022.
Due to the Dairy’s non-compete agreement, ads were only allowed to be placed in spaces specifically targeting the UW–Madison community. I placed paid advertisements in the Inside UW e-newsletter to promote cheese box sales to UW–Madison employees.
In addition to paid advertising, I promoted gift box sales on Babcock Dairy’s social media channels.
The Gift of Cheese campaign was planned less than one week before its release due to last-minute approval for advertising funding — despite its last-minute nature, it provided essential information for future advertising efforts and resulted in a great increase in sales.
